Who this policy covers
The TAS Guy, LLC operates the VoiceSilo brand and this website. This policy applies to information collected through voicesilo.com, its contact and SMS-consent pages, and related calls, texts, and service inquiries. It does not replace a separate client agreement or service-specific privacy notice that expressly applies to a particular account.
Information we collect
Depending on how you interact with us, we may receive information you choose to provide, including your name, company, mailing or service address, email address, telephone or mobile number, website, service interests, caller or message details, and the contents of your inquiry. We also record SMS-consent choices, the version of the consent language presented, and the time and source of that choice.
When you visit the website, ordinary technical information may be processed, such as IP address, browser and device characteristics, request time, pages requested, referring page, and security-verification results. We use this information to operate the site and protect forms from abuse.
How we use information
- To respond to quote requests, support questions, contact requests, and service inquiries.
- To provide, administer, secure, and improve requested answering, communications, voice, or technology services.
- To maintain records of requests and communication preferences, prevent fraud or abuse, and troubleshoot technical problems.
- To send operational or customer-service SMS messages only when you separately opt in through the SMS-consent process.
- To comply with legal, safety, accounting, and recordkeeping obligations.
Sharing and disclosure
We do not sell or rent personal information. Except for providers acting on our instructions to host, secure, support, or deliver a service you requested, we do not share personal information with other businesses for their own marketing. Mobile numbers, SMS opt-in data, and consent records are not shared or sold for third-party marketing.
We may disclose information when required by law, legal process, or governmental request; to protect the rights, safety, and security of our customers, users, systems, or the public; or as part of a business transfer subject to appropriate confidentiality protections.
SMS and telephone information
If you opt in to SMS, we use your mobile number and consent record to deliver the service-related messages described on our SMS consent page. Consent is optional, and opting out of texts does not prevent you from contacting us by phone or through the website. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for assistance.
Cookies and similar technologies
The site may use essential cookies, local storage, or similar technical tools needed for navigation, security, preferences, or basic measurement. We do not use the information submitted through the contact or SMS forms to create third-party advertising audiences.
Security and retention
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the information we handle. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. We retain information only for as long as it is reasonably needed for the purpose collected, an active business relationship, legal compliance, dispute resolution, security, or legitimate recordkeeping, and then delete or de-identify it when practical.
Your choices
You may request correction or deletion of information supplied through a website inquiry, subject to legal and operational requirements. You may decline optional fields and optional SMS consent. You may opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP. Do not send highly sensitive information through ordinary web forms or SMS; use an approved secure delivery method when one is provided for your account.
Children
This website is intended for business and general audiences and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly request personal information from children through this site.
Updates and questions
We may update this policy when our website, services, or legal obligations change. The effective date above identifies the current version. For a privacy question or request, use the contact page or call 833-751-2200. Please do not include an email address in a public comment or message field unless it is necessary for us to respond.
